We utilized her services in exterior painting; window replacement, and other house exterior minor repairs. The painting job involved a battered wood-sided home that had not been repainted for 15-plus years. Some of the wood siding was damaged or missing. Several window frames had come unglued, and barely encased the glass. She and her crew did a remarkable job in project preparation with the power-washing, chipping, and sanding the old paint away. The damaged siding was professionally repaired, as were the windows. The new paint bonded well, the trim was precisely done, and the job was timely completed. Her crew spent over 100 hours the first week, negating ANY concerns about advanced payment for materials and/or labor.
